About Birth Lounge
Birth Lounge was created as a collective offering a virtual community of care to Vancouver families, with quality products and services supporting families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
We have gathered within Birth Lounge some of the best support & products our community has to offer childbearing women and their families. We have found that our clients benefit from being part of a broader web of support with trusted professionals.
Founded in 2006, we are proud to have hosted five annual celebrations of Birth Fest: Celebrating Bellies, Birth & Babies in collaboration with Britannia Community Centre. Birth Fest has grown into a truly community-centred event, with live music, over 50 local nonprofits and businesses, and almost one thousand happy people in attendance.
